Looking for a fully furnished flat with private entrance or a studio etc Open to all Gold Coast Areas. Open to 6 months or longer. Can move in at any time. I am based now in Brisbane and come down for inspections to the GC every so often.
I am a mature female, quiet and very clean.I have two online businesses and good track record with rental ledgers that can be provided.

I don't smoke nor take drugs. I don't have pets.
I am not looking to share, prefer a property with private entrance and space as I have to work online in open area without background noise.

Preferences -
*work online so need a table, can be dining table and quiet environment
*must have parking available
*must have air-conditioning
*must have good wifi
*must have large bed available not a single
*must have large or medium sized fridge. Small fridges often freeze items instead of cool them and are not suitable for long term accommodation.
