Looking for a fully furnished flat with private entrance or a studio etc Open to Southern suburbs of Gold Coast Areas. Open to 6 months or with extension of lease. Can move in at any time. I am on the GC and come for inspections. Budget up to $500 including bills.
I am a mature female, quiet and very clean. I work part time online, like to go out to swim and see friends. I rarely have any visitors.
I have an excellent rental record and references/tenant ledgers etc that can be provided.

I don't smoke nor take drugs. I don't have pets but I like others' pets.
I am not looking to share, prefer a property with private entrance and space as I have to work online in secure area without interruptions.

Preferences -
*work online so need a table, can be dining table or card table and quiet environment
*must have parking available (onsite or free available street)
*must have air-conditioning
*must have good wifi available
*must have large bed available not a single
