I Need:
A furnished 1-bedroom or studio apartment, entire place to myself
Budget up to $900 a week
A secure building (intercom, secure entry or similar)
Written sublease or lease

About me:
Reliable income, with bank statements and ID available
Happy to pay 2 weeks upfront
Non-smoker, no pets, no parties (Sober)
Happy to meet or video call before anything is agreed
