Saki and Gin

Hello! I am Saki, a female in her 30s. I am a social worker working in Woolloongabba and Toowoomba so I am looking for a furnished room along the Cleveland/Gold Coast/Ferny Grove lines, ideally somewhere close to public transportation (though I have a car).

My partner (male) will be living with me a half of the time, so I am looking for a room that can accommodate a couple, and we are happy to pay at a higher rate when he is around or at a discounted rate when I’m living alone.

I will work either in Brisbane or Toowoomba for 4 days a week and online 1 day a week. My partner will also work from home for the next couple months. I have received very positive feedback from my previous landlords. We are a very quiet and chill couple who can adjust our level of cleanliness depending on our share mates' or landlord’s expectation.

We’re currently overseas but would love to start looking for our new place as soon as the 10th of January and ideally move in over the weekend after.
