Saki and Gin

Hello! I am Saki, a female in her 30s. I am a social worker working in Woolloongabba and Toowoomba so I am looking for a furnished room along the Cleveland/Gold Coast/Ferny Grove lines, ideally somewhere close to public transportation (though I have a car).

My partner (male) will be living with me a half of the time, so I am looking for a room that can accommodate a couple, and we are happy to pay at a higher rate when he is around or at a discounted rate when I’m living alone.

I will work either in Brisbane or Toowoomba for 4 days a week and online 1 day a week. My partner will also work from home for the next couple months. I have received very positive feedback from my previous landlords. We are a very quiet and chill couple who can adjust our level of cleanliness depending on share mates' or landlord’s expectation.
