I’m a working professional relocating to Hobart from Wollongong for a new role, looking at January, though I can be flexible with timing if the right place comes up.

I live a fairly quiet, busy lifestyle and really value a calm, tidy, and comfortable home. I don’t smoke, enjoy a relaxed night in over a big night out, and like my space to feel warm and welcoming.

I have a 1.8-year-old male indoor cat who’s friendly, playful, and well-behaved. He’s used to being around dogs and other animals, so he’s pretty social and easygoing.

Ideally, I’m looking for a home that suits one person who appreciates a clean, respectful space and enjoys a bit of peaceful company.
