Full-time extraverted chemical/aerospace engineer & entrepreneur. Looking for a place in Brisbane for six months or more. The city or somewhere close by would be ideal.

When I am not at work, I am usually running, at the gym, off on a hike or down at the beach, so I am out of the house a fair bit, and I am generally an early riser.

I am tidy, and I clean up after myself without anyone having to ask. I do not smoke or drink, and no pets. Easy to live with, respectful of shared space, always up for a chat or a meal together, but equally happy to leave people to it. Rent and bills are always paid on time, and I am looking for somewhere I can settle for a while rather than a quick stay.

Currently in the valley, and my lease ends on 5-10-26. Can move in earlier or start paying earlier.
