I’m 26 and relocating to Sydney in late January 2026. Looking for a rental from 1 Feb.
I’m a civil engineer, financially stable, and looking for a clean, relaxed sharehouse near the coast.
I’m kind, easygoing, and health-focused — I surf, train daily (triathlon, weights, surfing), and eat well. I don’t drink or smoke, and I’m usually up early and asleep by 9.

My favourite way to start the day is with a morning swim or training session followed by a good coffee. I’m tidy, respectful, and get along well with both men and women (I have two sisters).

I’m looking for housemates with a similar lifestyle or who simply value a calm, clean, comfortable home.
Flexible on budget, length of stay (will be in Sydney for 2026+2027), and whether the place is furnished — as long as it’s walking or riding distance to Bondi or Bronte Beach. Not keen on anything inland.
