Hey guys my name is Dillon Devine and my partner and my self are looking for our own place I will even take a room with ensuite in no percific suburb I am 30 year old I work part time and receive jobseeker payments my partner is on the pension..so we can afford nothing over $350-$400 dollar amount per week 💰
I am a young Aboriginal artist 🦘I own my own business selling and painting Aboriginal art I'm trying to break into the industry I've had little success 🥺I have a small customer base at the moment ✊god can only bless me with more light on my talent.💯🌹
I'm not working at the moment as my lease ends soon and I injured myself at work but I receive welfare $800+ per fortnight and my partner is on the pension that over $1200 fortnight
I'm paying $350 a week now for a shared apartment there is no privacy in a crowded apartment so I'm glad my lease ends in a week..
I can provide proof of rent being paid via the bank app if there are any concerns..
Also I have around $1000-1350 for bond if anyone is keen to accept my application or.offer me a property
