Hello, I’m Gia. I’m a passionate cook and full time culinary student, soon to graduate!! And am an artist, music lover/ guitar player and gardening/ houseplant hobbyist. I freelance as a life model and have great savings and stable income. I am excitedly thinking of studying early childhood care or floristry this year after my chef course is over.
I’m an LGBTQIA+ ally, mental health aware and care strongly about animal rights. I am an excellent communicator (if I may say so myself) and take feedback well. I want to live with people who share my vibes, values and interests so we can hang out, relax and feel at home together. I can provide references of character as most of my rental history has been sublets. I always pay rent on time or in advance and enjoy my own space as much as hanging out in common areas. I have three adorable pet rats who have lived with cats & other pets all their lives and never had a problem. My rats stay in their enclosure in my room and would go completely unnoticed. I am 100% confident there’d be no problems there.
I also have a car so will want to know about parking options.
