Greetings potential flatmates! :) I currently live in Logan Reserve and would like to relocate, it would be a nice change, the rent is still reasonable but since the change in agents, it's just gone downhill. I have a pet bird so I don't mind sharing with others who have pet. I would prefer people who are tolerant of noisy pets as my bird can be loud at times. He's a social bugger. I wouldn't mind if people looked after him if I was away, and I would happily return the favour if it was vice versa.

I work full-time so I spend most of my week working and then exercising to chill out. This will change as I will be taking up a new job. I'm gradually learning to skateboard, planning to do more travelling. Happy to socialise or keep to myself, I'm adaptable. I clean up after myself and contribute to keeping the house clean. I'm also noise considerate, so I'm not interested in a party house. I don't have an issue with people having friends over, my housemates over the years have been pretty chill, we all do our own thing, occasionally socialise and it's been a good experience. Sad to say it's time to move on and start afresh elsewhere. Please message me if you have something available.
