I’m looking to move into a place where I can have a friendly chat over a cuppa tea or a glass of wine every now and then with housemates.

I work full time in the office in Murdoch so ideally looking for a place that’s less than 40 mins commute on public transport. Although I do have one work from home day.

During the week I like going to the gym, and going for walks so my weekdays are usually low-key.

On the weekend I love a good bottomless brunch, beach walks, paint by numbers and the occasional shopping trip and some camping. I’m clean, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, and I enjoy living in a chill and easygoing environment.

I’m looking for a clean and tidy place to call home for the next 12 months or more. Ideally I’d love my own bathroom or en suite (but this isn’t a deal breaker), and I do need a car space 😊
