I’m a 26-year-old full-time professional working in the CBD, with a hybrid schedule that includes 2-3 days of wfh. I’m easygoing and prefer a calm, respectful environment—definitely not a party animal. I’m a non-smoker and I drink only occasionally, so I value a peaceful and tidy living space.

I have a wide range of interests, from travelling and exploring new places to music, sports, and working out at the gym. I’m always up for a chat about anything from the latest music trends to fun travel spots, but I also appreciate quiet downtime. I’m considerate of others’ routines and privacy, and I always aim to keep shared spaces clean and organized.

One of the things I value most in a flatmate situation is open communication and mutual respect. I’m happy to discuss and compromise on utilities, household chores, and other shared responsibilities.
