I recently graduated from QUT and have been living in Brisbane for around three years. I am familiar with renting in Australia and understand the importance of being a responsible and respectful tenant.

I am quiet, clean, and reliable, and I maintain a stable daily routine. I don’t smoke or host parties, and I always take good care of the place I live in.
