Hi! I’m Kirsty. 30yo female. Looking for either an established home or team-up with 1-2 others. I have an adorable & very affectionate cocker spaniel x miniature poodle so you’d have to like dogs and be comfortable with her being inside. She is fully trained & very well behaved, plus she doesn’t shed hair at all and is groomed every 6 weeks. I think she would benefit from having a friend so open to other pets or if you’re thinking of getting a kitten / puppy or dog she’d be a good role model.

I enjoy spending my spare time with friends and family, reading, painting, playing piano, coffee dates and long walks. As far as work goes - I’m a full-time shift worker on a 24 hour rotating roster answering 000 calls.

Keen to get to know & spend time with roommates but respectful of everyone’s space and downtime.

I do have most household furniture items but happy to sell or negotiate what’s needed depending on the situation. Very flexible. I have great rental history and current property manager has offered to assist in finding another rental through Belle Rental.

I currently live in Hawthorne & my preference would be to stay in this area as it’s such a beautiful place to live but open to suggestions.
