I’ve been in the two sides of the not-funy search of looking room and looking flatmate and both were that, no funny, so I’ll leave my profile here with what I’d liked to know about someone when I looked for flatmate and leave it to my good luck, Life, God, Universe…💫

✨Reason I’m leaving my current home: I’ve been living there the past 7 months and I really love my place but rent price is going to the clouds in June so I have decided to move.

✨About me and my routine: People use to call me Itza, I’m 26 years old girl, moved to Australia mainly to study a marketing and communication certificate and improve my english.
I work in hospitality 3-5 days a week and study 2 days a week, I have an online jewelry entrepreneurship since some years ago so I use to work in that along the week.
I love traveling, I’m always down for roadtrips, the answer for that always is yes, I have my weekends that like to go out and have fun but most of them are for chill.

✨What you expect from me: A great flat mate for sure, clean, reliable, responsible, respectful, friendly and funny, someone to get along, to share a meal or drink with every now and then and at the same time someone who spend many of her time working, studying, taking time for her and in free days, chilling at home, seeing friends and exploring Melbourne or surroundings.

✨What I expect: Having a good relation who the person/people I’ll live with, at the end of the day they who you share home with, respectful about others and the space.

✨About the place. Own room, a clean place, bathroom and kitchen especially, near a tram or train station.

⚡️Pd1: I love dogs and cats (have 4 in home and miss them as crazy) so if you have pets I’ll be their best flatmate

⚡️Pd2: You can have reference from my current flatmate, he’ve been leaving in Melbourne the past 5 years sharing with maany people, before me he spend 5 months no sharing place because he wanted to found someone reliable due bad experiences, we have great relation now.
