Hi all,

Just moved to Melbourne from Brisbane - looking for a teamup for a room in a modern inner-city apartment, or someone to team up with to rent a 2 bedroom. I'm a fairly go-with-the-flow kinda guy and have a few years' experience with shared apartment living.

I work in Data Analytics for a large real estate services company, my colleagues are all over the world so I generally work remote (from home, cafes, co-working, overseas etc) sometimes at non-standard hours.

I'm comfortable independently looking after myself and cook most days but am certainly happy to share a meal, wine or beer whenever suits. (In case a bribe is ever in order, a bottle of Chianti would buy you a few favours...)

While I'm a bit out of practice, outside of work I enjoy (indoor) rock climbing, cycling and working on personal programming or DIY projects. If you've ever wanted to give climbing a go I'd be more than happy to give some pointers :)

If you have some furniture that's a bonus but I do already have a fridge, washing machine, and kitchen supplies if they're gonna be useful. I don't have a car so the carpark is all yours!

I'm generally a clean and tidy person, and would very much appreciate finding someone who's happy to mutually keep the place looking good.
