Martin

Hi everyone!

My name is Martin, I’m 30 I’ll be arriving in Perth on March 16. I’m looking for a private room from that date, ideally for a short-term stay (1 to 3 months).
I’ve lived in Italy and Spain, so I’m very used to sharing houses and living with people from different cultures. I’m respectful, clean and easygoing.
One of the most important things for me is having a good kitchen because I really enjoy cooking. I also like having my own space to relax after work, usually cooking dinner, having a glass of wine and watching a movie at night.
Ideally I’m looking for a calm house rather than a party house, but I do enjoy a social atmosphere where sometimes we can share a dinner, watch a movie, or have a drink if friends come over.
