My little side kick Leonardo (6kg elderly quiet gentleman) and I are looking to rent an unfurnished granny flat, half house or house share with kindred spirits. If you also have a shed or DIY space under your house etc for quiet tidy art practice that would be amazing. I am studying Visual Arts post grad at Griffith QCAD in South Bank and recovering from illness. I love gardening so would be great to bring some of my plants or help you with yours...I used to work as a treasure hunter in interior and garden design so may be of help around the house - very handy w DIY and house maintenance. Happy to help with caring for your animals - allergic to cats. Career in marketing communication (20 yrs) - working on my health to return to work next year. I love tai chi, cooking and eating great food, creativity and art, hikes, live music and connecting with my community. Volunteer at a community radio station doing social media, writing live music reviews and hanging out on the Friday Neon show. Have the very occassional drink and prefer similar. Non smoker, need a non smoking home. Have an adult son who I am very close to who lives on the Gold Coast. Leo and I are very chilled out and peaceful, do you know somewhere we can make a home? Minumum 12 months, will stay at least 24 months, longer if it works out. Storage space would be great. 🌺🌳☀️ I can be social but love my own space too. Maybe we could team up and find somewhere amazing together!
