LOOKING TO TEAM UP 🏡 (not looking to join an existing sharehouse, sorry!)
Hey! I’m Georgia, a 27 year old full-time marketing specialist with occasional work in the events industry and freelance animation projects on the side. 🎨

I have a strong rental history and have previously been the principal tenant on leases. I can provide rental ledgers and references if helpful.

Areas that i’ve previously lived in (and LOVED) are Glebe, Chippendale, Redfern and Ultimo. Being close to parks, cafes, transport and the water is a huge plus for me. In my spare time you’ll usually find me heading to the park, the markets, a cheeky drink with friends, or the gym.

At home i’m pretty relaxed, clean and considerate. I respect shared spaces, keep on top of cleaning and am very mindful of noise. I’m not much of a partier these days but I do enjoy a wine after work or heading out for dinner with friends!

I’d love a home where we’re friendly, can have a chat in the kitchen or occasionally hangout, but also respect each other’s independence and downtime.

I come with a well-behaved cat who has been approved on previous leases and is used to apartment living. (she’s litter trained, desexed, registered, vaccinated, etc.)

THE IDEAL PLACE
I’m looking to team up with one person to find a 2-bedroom apartment in either Glebe, Chippendale, Redfern, Ultimo, or nearby suburbs (Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, etc!)

Budget:
My personal budget is $500 and I have seen some beautiful apartments in the $800-$1000 per week range.

Ideally:
- 2 bedrooms
- 1-2 bathrooms
- good natural light
- built in wardrobes
- internal laundry
- balcony, courtyard or terrace would be a huge bonus

I’m pretty house-proud and would love to create a space that feels comfortable, welcoming and genuinely nice to spend time in (particularly as I WFH!)

I also already own most household essentials including a fridge, washing machine, dryer, TV, kitchenware, and various furnishings. I’m happy to contribute heavily towards furnishing and setting up the place.

As for timing, I’ve recently moved home for a little while to focus on saving and am now looking to team-up to find a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. I’m fortunate to be fairly flexible on timing and am placing a lot of importance on finding the right housemate and creating a home that’s a good fit for both people long-term. :)

ABOUT YOU
I’m hoping to find someone who is:
- Reliable and financially stable
- Employed full-time (or similarly secure)
- Clean and respectful of shared spaces
- Communicative and considerate
- Cat-friendly
- Looking for a home rather than just somewhere to sleep
- Ideally at a similar stage of life
- I have lived with both girls and boys before, I have no preference. :)

My girlfriend visits occasionally (generally about once a week), so i’d also be looking for someone who is LGBT friendly.

Most importantly i’d love to live with someone who has their own life but is also happy to be friendly, have a chat, share the occasional meal or wine, and contribute to a positive communicative home!
