Hey! I'm Ty (he/him, 23, trans), looking for a quiet place to unwind after my current lease ends! I study Biomed & Psychology at UQ & work part-time in hospital research and uni tutoring, which keeps me pretty busy. I love science, animals/wildlife, video/board/tabletop games, and trying out any creative pastime! I consider myself very clean and tidy; I take pride in decorating my space and keeping common areas clean. I'm open to social activities & getting to know my housemates but I do work a lot, so also fine with a quieter household! I have previous share housing experience, lived with both morning people and night owls & somewhere in between myself (often have to be in bed by 10:30 for work). Happy to contribute to chores, cleaning, yardwork, bills or grocery runs, all of which I have experience organising. Along with furniture for my own room, I come with some kitchen appliances, garden tools (mower, whipper snipper etc.) as well as a fridge, TV, & washing machine, though I’m happy to sell or store if needed. I have a car, so street parking at least would be great! Stay length & move-in date are flexible but I’m keen on a long-term arrangement (6mo +).
