Hi, I'm Jemma! I'm looking for a place to stay in Melbourne for around $300 a week. I'm looking for housemates who are friendly, relaxed and tidy.

I'm a 28 yr old woman working as a furniture designer/developer. I'll be working full time from 8am-4pm Mon-Fri in the office.

After work, I'll normally be making dinner and relaxing by watching some youtube and doing a hobby (these rotate between drawing, reading, sewing and painting). On the weekends I'll be looking to explore the city and social scenes and enjoy a nice sleep-in. I'm LGBTQ+ friendly.

I'm a quiet person so having my own space is really important to me. I like to keep my living areas neat and try to be super conscientious about anyone else I'm living with. Clear and respectful communication is vital for me.

I do have a car, but on-street parking is fine.
