Grace

Hi, my name is Grace.

I’m an aspiring teacher moved to Hobart for study. I am about to head into my second year of a Bachelor of Outdoor and Environmental Education at UTAS. I work full-time as an Outdoor Adventure Guide, earning approximately $2,500 per fortnight, and I’m looking for a long-term rental (12 months or more) with a weekly budget of up to $350. Ideally, I’d love to find a place close to the beach, the university, and my workplace to support both my studies and my active lifestyle. My current lease is ending very soon, so I’m ready to move in as soon as possible.

I’ve previously rented in Teralba, NSW for just under a year, and in Jindabyne for four months last year. In both places, rent was always paid in full and on time. I take pride in being a reliable tenant who respects the property and the people around me.

I’m quiet, tidy, and considerate—definitely not a party person. I enjoy spending my downtime reading, baking (I make a mean banana bread!), and playing board games. I value privacy and have always had positive relationships with my neighbours. Creating a peaceful, welcoming home environment is important to me, and I treat any space I live in with care and respect.
