Hello, my name is Timmie. I’m looking for a long-term private room near Southern Cross University (Gold Coast campus).
Areas such as Coolangatta, Tweed Heads, Bilinga, Tugun, Currumbin, Burleigh Waters, Palm Beach, Elanora, or any nearby suburb with easy access to SCU would be great.

My budget is $250–$295 per week, preferably including bills (water, electricity, and unlimited Wi-Fi). I’m looking for a fully furnished room if possible.

About me:
I’ll be starting my Master of Nursing at SCU in January 2026, a two-year program. I’ve been living in Australia for almost three years. I’m friendly, easygoing, and enjoy meeting new people. I prefer a quiet and peaceful living environment—I’m not into parties, smoking, or heavy drinking. I value a respectful and considerate share house.
