I’m looking for an apartment with one flatmate who will enjoy the company of me, and my cat, Angel. I'm a very tidy tenant, studying at QUT (online) with a scholarship in Bachelor of Fine Arts (music). My cat is 9, extremely well behaved and very affectionate. I take full responsibility for her so you will not have to do any cleaning or feeding maintenance. I moved from Brisbane a year ago and have been in rentals for over 4 years. I've never been late on my rent or bills and I'm very friendly! I love being outdoors, producing (music), studying, cleaning, the gym, and having a laugh. I also love home-making and interior design, and have some beautiful furniture to offer, but if your place is furnished I can sell my things. My work and study endeavours keep me busy, so I'm looking for a comfortable and quiet property where I can wind down and watch movies with a cool flatmate when we’re off work.
