Georgia and James

James and georgia, laid back couple looking for a sharehouse in Melbourne’s inner north. Georgia is Australian and works remotely in property and James is Scottish and works as a project planner. We don’t take ourselves too seriously and enjoy having a laugh and few beers.

We both have experience in shared living. We're considerate, friendly, clean, and take pride in creating a home w/ character. We’re open-minded, enjoy anight out, would love to have a social/communal vibe, but also really value alone-time for recharging.

Furniture if needed:
I have plenty of quality furniture if needed, but happy to sell depending on what suits the house. all 1–2 years old — including a washing machine and dryer (both with delicate cycles), a 75” new TV, fridge, two-person sofa, TV cabinet, and a round dining table with four chairs.
