I am a working professional (full time job) seeking for a homely place to live. I am currently living down South in a shared house with landlords. I have been living here for around three years. The only reason I am relocating is because of the job. I am a person who loves cleanliness and I keep my room spotless and I shall do the same in future. I clean common areas as I go.

Additionally, I always paid rent on a timely basis to my landlord without ever delaying. I had a pleasant time there as I made a plethora of friends there as I'm amiable by nature. I love cooking and you'll find me in Kitchen a lot when I have time. I love a balanced environment in the home where I can be both peaceful and social. Housemates must be LGBTQIA+ friendly and I also would prefer a safe parking spot for my car.

I am hoping to find a fully furnished room near Hindmarsh in the vicinity of 10kms. I would prefer a long-term stay with the possibility to extend the lease agreement if everything goes well. In terms of housemates, I believe I'd prefer just one or maximum two, please because of the shared kitchen, laundry and toilet/bathrooms. As for the Bond, I'd like to lodge it through CBS.

P.S: I do not have a pet.
