I am a working professional seeking for a homely accommodation. I am currently living down South in a shared house with landlords. I am a person who loves cleanliness and I keep my room spotless quotidianly and I shall do the same in future. I clean common areas as I go.

Additionally, I always paid rent on a timely basis to my landlord without ever delaying. I had a pleasant time there as I made a plethora of friends there as I'm amiable by nature. I love cooking and you'll find me in Kitchen a lot when I have time. I love a balanced environment in the home where I can be both peaceful and social. Housemates must be LGBTQIA+ friendly and I also would prefer a safe parking spot for my car.

I am hoping to find a fully furnished accommodation near Hindmarsh in the vicinity of 10kms. In terms of housemates, I believe I'd prwfer just one or maximum two.
