Hi my name is Rion
I’m a reliable, professional tenant with the last 15 years spent as a bar manager in hospitality, working both locally and in the Sydney CBD. Prior to that, I spent 10 years as a videographer, which fuels my current passion as I study video marketing and build my own videography business. My routine is structured and quiet — I’m either out filming or working from my room editing content. I value a clean, well-maintained home and am respectful of shared spaces and neighbours.
I have a strong rental history, communicate clearly, and always pay rent on time.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring creative projects, especially related to film and digital media. I like to unwind with a good book, listen to music, and watch movies 🎥 and series.
I also spend a lot of time outdoors — whether it’s at the beach, bushwalking, rock climbing, cycling, or motorcycle riding. I enjoy cooking, especially BBQs, and am happy to share meals or host casual gatherings when the chance arises.
I’m easygoing, friendly, and considerate, but I also appreciate quiet time and personal space. I’m open to sharing occasional meals or socializing, but I respect everyone’s boundaries and routines. Cleanliness and mutual respect are important to me, and I’m happy to contribute to household chores and upkeep.
I am comfortable living with people of any age, whether young or old, and adapt easily to different household dynamics
