Varun

Hi there!

My name is Varun, and I recently completed my Master’s degree at UNSW. I’m currently based out of Brisbane for a full-time role in the People Analytics space. I am currently looking for a shared space with a personal room and washroom requirements, while being flexible on the rent. Work location is in Toowong so I would my preference is towards Auchenflower, Milton and Toowong itself.

As a flatmate, I’d describe myself as clean, considerate, and respectful of others' cultures and personal space. I’ve been living in Sydney for over 2.5 years now, so I’m quite familiar with shared accommodations and the responsibilities that come with them, including rent payments and general upkeep.

On a personal note, I’m a vegan but completely understanding of others’ food preferences—I’ve happily shared spaces with people who enjoy non-veg food. I also play the guitar (don’t worry, I keep the volume low to avoid disturbing anyone!) and balance my other hobbies with work.

My preferred date of movement is towards mid-November early December, and would really appreciate your help here. I am comfortable moving in with other working professionals as well as students (As I was one very recently).
