About me:
Hey! I just moved to Melbourne. I'm a psychologist and graphic designer, super laid-back and easy to get along with. At the moment I'm freelancing but I'll want to start an internship as a provisional psychologist soon, so currently looking for placements or a career in research. I'm very clean and considerate when it comes to sharing a space. I don’t smoke, don’t do drugs and drink very occasionally - I'm usually in bed by 9pm and asleep by 10pm #grandmalife haha. I'm all about living a healthy lifestyle - love surfing and spend most of my weekends outdoors. I value my alone time to recharge but I also enjoy winding down with a good show or even cooking dinner together every now and then (only if you're up to it!). Also, I sometimes like to play video games (nerd at heart). I usually socialise outside of my home, except for rare movie evenings. I don't have a partner at the moment and am not planning to date because I need to properly settle first.

What I’m looking for:
My budget is max $400 inc bills, depending on the room etc. Stay length is flexible but I'd love to stay long term if it's a good fit. I'm flexible with my move in date. I also need a car park and preferably my own bathroom. Big plus if you have a cat.

I’m after a bright place in Southbank, Port Melbourne, South Yarra, Elwood, West Footscray, Footscray or South Melbourne, ideally in a newer building - definitely not into old, mouldy places. I’m looking for a peaceful, safe environment to unwind. It’s important that the place isn’t a party house. I’d prefer to live with a female flatmate who is chill, considerate and clean.
