I am a girl full of respect and warmth to life, open to anything beautiful and fancy. I like to keep my room clean and tidy, I will make little decoration sometimes, it's a little joy to me when busy with studying.
I am trying to make balance between study and life, don't wanna waste life in a different country. will work out sometimes, love cooking, too. so, a gas stove will be helpful for my diet.
the space need be at least middle size, sunlight is needed absolutely, prefer bigger window, that is my top priority, I need sunlight straight into room.

please understand that I do not wish to share bathroom if budget is higher than 450.
and I do not share bathroom with male under any case.

I am a UNSW student so the place should not be too far from college within 25 minutes bus.

I am quiet for most time, no instrument, no music plays out.
but I still wish a good sound insulation.

and I am especially welcome cats family member if there is one.
I am always popular to cats. : )
