🌟 Hello There! I'm Samantha. I'm a vibrant 21-year-old woman with a year of sharehouse living experience in Brisbane under my belt. The past year has been fantastic, and I'm excited to extend this opportunity. I work for the government, specifically on the finance side for schools, working full-time (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm) with the added perk of two work-from-home days.

✨ A Bit About Me:
Maintaining a tidy and organized living space is my forte, and I take immense pride in it. While I'm naturally friendly and social, I equally appreciate downtime, respecting and valuing the personal spaces of others.
In my free time, you'll find me hanging out with friends, exploring new places in the city, and engaging in fun things like club volleyball and going to the gym. Cooking and baking are passions of mine, so having good storage space would be amazing.

🏡 The Ideal Living Space:
I'm open to various locations, as long as it's convenient for public transport. The perfect space for me would be clean, and cozy, and radiate a welcoming atmosphere. Natural light is a must, and I have a soft spot for homes adorned with greenery—more plants, the merrier. Parking, be it on-site or free street parking, would be a fantastic bonus.

I'm gearing up to move in late August, but my timeline is flexible for the right place.
