Canadian in Newcastle! Moved here with my job 9 months ago (sponsorship visa, not working holiday) and unfortunately my current place is going to be sold, so looking to join a new houseshare/team-up :)
Clean and tidy housemate, pretty extroverted and social, but also like to have time to do my own things and respectful of the fact that you may wish to have the same :). Happy to meld to whatever social arrangement currently exists or is preferred!
I work as a pharmaceutical rep so I work 9-5 hours, but leave the house for most of the day. Otherwise, I work from home or cafe. As well, I do have a car, so I do have a preference for off-street parking, but if there is ample street parking that would totally suffice!
I enjoy keeping active, trying new restaurants/cafes and am a big beach-goer so always down for a swim at the beach or baths!
