I am Gareth.
I reckon myself as a quiet, easygoing person. All of my roommates before had a good share-house/room experience with me.
Since my budget is limited (about 300), what I am looking for might be a comfortable room not too far away from UNSW. I may cook sometimes but I promise I will not cook some strong smell food and will clean the kitchen after usage. And please there should not be some unpleasant smell, high humidity or mould in the room.
