I’m Charles, a full-time professional working in finance (hybrid role, twice a week at the office). I’m clean, reliable, respectful of shared spaces, and happy to keep things tidy/organised. I can provide positive references from previous landlords if needed.
Looking for:
• A quiet, relaxed flat/share house (prefer 2 housemates max, no party vibes but keen on hanging out together :)
• Good location near the beaches (Eastern Suburbs)
• Strong public transport connection to Sydney CBD (train, bus – ideally under 45-60 mins door-to-door)
• Preferably with a chill, considerate household (similar age/professional vibe welcome, but open to all)
Budget: Flexible depending on location/room/setup (happy to discuss – aiming for $400 pw inc. bills if possible).
