Hi everyone! I am so excited to be meeting my potential new roomies :)

My name is Abby and I am living in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa. I moved here from Canada at the end of August, and I am looking for a spot to call home while I spend the summer months in Melbourne.

I grew up in a small city but moved to Montreal in 2015 to study English Literature and Gender Studies. Since finishing uni, I have worked for non-profits in the social services sector, and most recently as a barista, which spawned a bit of a coffee obsession for me! In my free time I love hanging out with friends, coffee dates, thrifting, drinks and dancing, and going for walks. I love keeping up with the pop culture zeitgeist lol, listening to and talking about music, and learning about history.

I really love being social, but time to reset and recharge is also super important to me. I really value a tidy space and love cleaning, so living with others who also value this would be amazing! Being able to communicate honestly with my roommates about what each of us want and need is also a priority. Finally, I would love to live with people that I can develop friendships with, and enjoy the joys of a shared home life with :)
