Hi there! My name is Jam, I’m 20 and I am desperately looking for a room to rent ASAP.

I am a clean and respectful housemate, I currently work as a body piercer in Chermside, so ideally I’m looking for anything inner North Brisbane preferably.
I am in a queer relationship so an inclusive household is ideal.
I have my own room furniture so an unfurnished room would be highly preferred.

I have been living independently from a young age so I have a very good understanding of how share houses run, I am not a party person but I do occasionally enjoy going out with friends on the weekends, but that’s about it.
