Hi, My name is Paul and i work as a full time. I'm looking for a room to rent or someone to team up with. Open to different areas. Close to the beach is a bonus. Have lived in share houses for a few years now. Don't mind a chat and having dinner with housemates. Respectful of peoples space and keep communal areas clean and tidy. Also understand we all need our quiet time. Enjoy the beach, playing tennis and being outdoors in my spare time. Flexible with moving date.
