Hi! I’m Nick, 25, and I’ve recently landed a full-time job in Brisbane, so I’m looking for a place to call home. I’m currently based on the Gold Coast but will be moving up for work and would love to find a comfortable and friendly share house.

I’ve lived in shared houses for years, so I’m very used to sharing spaces respectfully. I’m clean, organised, and considerate of others! I always do my part to keep common areas tidy and make the house a pleasant place to live. I’m pretty easygoing and friendly, and I enjoy having a chat with housemates but also respect everyone’s personal space and routines ☺️!

During the week I’ll mostly be working full time, so home is usually a place for me to relax and recharge. I’m reliable with rent, and I’m ideally looking for somewhere I can stay long-term if it’s a good fit for everyone.
