Hey everyone! I’m Demi (30) and I’m looking for a place long-term late August to late September (flexible dates)!

I’m a full-time speech therapist working at a private clinic. I’m looking for a place I can genuinely call home, ideally with housemates who enjoy a good balance of having our own space and doing our own thing, while still being friendly and social. I’d love to live with people who are up for a chat after work, the occasional dinner or drinks, or doing something together on the weekend, rather than just coexisting under the same roof!

Outside of work, I love beach days, coastal walks, exploring Sydney, checking out new cafes and restaurants, and getting out and about on the weekends. During the week I’m generally pretty relaxed and enjoy winding down after work. As a housemate, I’m easygoing, tidy, respectful of shared spaces and always happy to do my part around the house. I’m hoping to find a relaxed, friendly home with people I genuinely click with.
