I am a single fifty-four-year-old professional Civil Engineer, born in Perth and I’ve lived in and around Wembley Downs and City Beach my whole life, where most of my family live. Ideally, I’m looking for an independent Studio Apartment or Granny Flat, or alternatively a room in shared accommodation, preferably with one other person or a couple, for 6 months plus. I'm very clean (and couldn’t live anywhere that wasn’t), neat and tidy, quiet, relaxed and easy going, I don't smoke or take drugs and only go out occasionally and drink socially, I have infrequent visitors, love animals/pets (but I don't have any of my own), I’m respectful, considerate, and sociable, but I’ll always respect other house-mates privacy and personal space.

I work full-time, but primarily from home, so I'm looking for accommodation with a suitable and sufficiently large enough area for a decent desk (whether it's my own or one that’s available), which can either be located within my bedroom or another suitable location, if available. I’m more than willing to pay rent accordingly on the basis and the understanding I'll be working from home the majority of the time.

I’m a father of 4 adult children, who are all independent and living in their own accommodation. I play beach volleyball twice a week, love surfing, tennis and enjoy walking, going to the beach, down South and Rottnest and chilling at home watching tv and relaxing in the evenings, when I have time.
