My boyfriend and I are currently looking for a self-contained studio or granny flat close to a train station. We’re hoping to find a place for just the two of us — no flatmates, just a private space we can call home.

We’re both very clean, neat, and respectful tenants. We’ve never had any issues at our current place and always pay our rent on time — we can provide references and proof from our current lease if needed.

We’re looking in areas with good access to the city, as we both work there. Ideal suburbs include Strathfield, Ashfield, Burwood, Lewisham, Petersham, Newtown, Surry Hills, Redfern, Kogarah, Rockdale, Tempe, Wolli Creek, and Sydenham.

Our budget is around $550 per week, but we’re open to going up to $600 if the property really suits us. We’re also flexible with the move-in date.
