Jemma, Austin and Alexander

Hiya! Jemma, Austin (boyfriend), Alexander (cousin) we are all looking a female fourth roommate to join us on a house hunt for first week of June. Kelvin grove, Paddington, Spring Hill, Herston, Windsor and surrounding suburbs are ideal, Max 10min drive from city centre. In a walkable fun area near cafes & hopefully lots of street parking. Each person paying $300 a week excluding bills (unfurnished).

We are after a female housemate who’s fun, easygoing and up for a good chat about life. Someone who’s social but also chill, the kind of person who enjoys group dinners, music in the kitchen, and a great house vibe.

We value a clean, tidy and respectful home, especially in shared spaces. We all do our part, so we’re looking for someone who’s the same. We have a fabulous taste in interior and we can wait to pull it all together (Mid century/art deco).

We’re usually at work or uni during the week, but weekends can turn into anything from wholesome hangs to spontaneous fun (when time allows). Bonus points if you love music and creativity, as it’s definitely part of the atmosphere here. Now let’s introduce ourselves:

Jemma:
Currently finishing my degree at QUT for fashion design. Bartender/ retail worker for the rest of the week. I love painting, music and anything creative. Ps I can help you hem your clothes & teach you the wonders of Fashion. I love winding down to a movie/tv show and a cheeky glass of red.
I’ll be very busy with uni and work the next year and a half so I’ll hardly be home. I have little to no expectations, except being able to have a small chat and a laugh.

Alexander:
I'm open minded, fun, and very chatty. I don't take life too seriously. I love movie nights, board games, and dinners shared together. I'm a record collector, big music head, play piano, and love a good sci-fi or romance novel.
I enjoy my own space as much as I do the company of others, and am finely attuned to the space needs of those I share a house with.
I WFH 2-3 days a week, then am away from the house another 3. I'm really keen to live with someone who's positive and energetic. I want to be around more people who have a lust for life.

Austin:
I have been working the winter seasons down in Jindy & just finished a season in France. Currently I’m a painter working with my best mate, so will be probably working 5/6 days a week. In truth I’m a very chill guy who gets along with most people. I love camping and travelling around Australia when I get the chance. I practically only listen to music from the 60’s-70’s and enjoy playing my guitar.
