Hey! I am moving to the Gold Coast in October and am looking for a room to rent around 10-15 mins to the beach. I'm a single female, 28 years old, I love going to the gym, beach, markets, hikes, and finding new restaurants. Ideally looking for a place where I can be social with my housemate/s but have a quiet and respectful space overall, I don't drink often so not looking for a party place. I like to rise early and go to bed early. I like to keep my space nice and tidy and I've lived with others before so I'm good with a share house dynamic.
