1. Cleanliness - I really like the shared areas to be clean
2. Small talk and socialising - I'm down to talk and have a meal or a drink whenever I'm free
3. I'm a full-time student so probably busy throughout the week and won't be disturbing you at all
4. Not much of a party person and I value privacy, but I'm always down to try something new
5. Looking for a place to stay at from mid-Feb (earlier or later dates as well) that have easy access to public transport or close to eastern suburbs
