Hi, I'm Amber!
I'm a teacher who is relocating to Melbourne for work. My new position starts April 15th so I need to find a place to live before then!
If I'm leasing a property on my own, I'm happy to sign on for 12 months. If I'm house sharing, then I would prefer a short term lease (because I'm ultimately looking to live on my own).
I have 6 years of rental history (including 4 years living in a share house) and can provide references if required.
I'm single, neat, organised and relatively quiet. I am respectful of others spaces, but also happy to socialise with my house mates from time-to-time.
