hey there, my name is Syl! I'm a 26 year old homebody looking for a safe place to call home. my housing up to this point has been very unstable, so I'm admittedly desperate to be somewhere safe and stable :) I'm also interested in team ups for places on real estate!

some of my hobbies include walks, listening to true crime podcasts, doing my hair/makeup/skincare, op shopping, bathing and playing games. I hope to learn how to sew, crochet, customise clothes and to read music sheets eventually! and while I'm not a great cook (in my opinion), cooking and good food is something I'm also passionate about, so you might be trying some of my food along the way :)

im a 'plant parent', i grow parsley and lavender, as well as a garlic and spring onion. i love nature and i love animals, especially cats.

I'm easygoing for the most part but have trouble with random messes and hoarding. I get it because my room is organised chaos and I enjoy maximalist spaces but when it stops making sense and you have unopened parcels and boxes, entire rooms unusable because of how much stuff fills the rooms, it becomes a problem. I just want to vibe and I hope you do too. I play video games, I'm interested in board games and crochet.

I have almost all bedroom furniture needed so I'm happy to take an unfurnished room/house, I am contact with services that can provide whatever is needed.

I put in an application for a VHR (Victorian Housing registration), so my main goal is to have somewhere safe to stay until I've been accepted for a place. This could take a while, it might not so i'm happy to pay for a lease transfer in the event of it being needed :)
