Budget: up to $450/week (bills included) bonus if reduced rent while I’m away on hitch 🤩 as I will be away 14 days.

Stay length: ~ 55 nights
Who: Quiet, tidy couple (non-smokers, no pets). Currently renting a room in Townsville — rent receipts/references available.

About us

• I work FIFO (2 on / 2 off), so I’m home roughly half the time I am 35

• Annie works online as a wedding-dress designer — reliable Wi-Fi is essential. Prefer good public transport for Annie

• Respectful, clean, no parties, no drama.

What we’re after

• Fully furnished private room in a share place or self-contained granny flat/studio.

• Bills included (power, water, internet).

• Private bathroom preferred (not essential).

• Parking or safe street parking is a bonus.

• Location: Brisbane CBD preferred; also open to Spring Hill, South Brisbane, West End, Kangaroo Point, Fortitude Valley, Newstead, Milton.

Dates & payment

• Move in: 1 December 2025

• Move out: 25 January 2026 (checkout morning)

• Happy to pay weekly or the full period upfront.
