I work most of the time, I don’t smoke, and I’m very respectful of shared areas. I’m highly organised, easygoing, and I love animals, so I’m happy to live with pets.

I’m looking for a room around Randwick, Kings Cross, Potts Point, Paddington, Bondi, the CBD, or anywhere close to the city.

My budget is a maximum of $350–$400 if it’s in the city!
