Bit about me:
- social guy keen to add more positive energy to the place
- like to explore around Sydney, so if I'm heading out I'll be sure ask if you want to come along too
- not the messy kind, so I'm mindful about cleaning up after myself and I've lived in an all-girl household before, so am not a typical lad haha.
- starting to get into running, so keen to get out and about when I'm not working.
- corporate job in HR systems, so WFH a bit but am very mindful of others in the apartment.

Ideally looking for:
- locations = Surry Hills, Centennial Park, Darlinghurst, Kensington, Randwick, Coogee... ideally near trains/trams

- property = flat / house shared with 2-4 people

- duration = ideally 6+months, but open to 2-3 months

- budget = up to $450 per week including bills
