I have a 25 yr history of always paying my bills excellent references from real estate.
Why I'm great to live with .. I'm always full of laughs and super tidy in my room and the whole house.
I've moved down here from sunny coast in the last 2 years and want to be near my son in Currumbin .
I have been living in a home with the owners for the last 10 months, alas they are selling and I will miss everyone (especially the animals 😁).
I've never been late for rent and happy to help out have a chat but also keep to myself.

I smoke outside only so would like a yard so It doesn't bother others.

I'm retired from being a massage therapist after 26 years 🌻
I keep busy with family and friends and adventures 😁 I'm also hoping to get a casual job in the new year.🎉⚡
