I’m a professional infrastructure consultant working on private and government infrastructure projects, contracts, and project coordination. My work is office-based / remote, with stable income and regular hours. I do travel a bit for work as well.

I’m clean, organised, respectful, and value a calm, well-kept home. I’m friendly and easy to live with, happy to chat or share a meal but I also respect privacy and personal space.

Ideally, I’m looking for a quiet, long-term place on the Gold Coast. Off-street parking is preferred, and I’d ideally like my own bathroom (ensuite if available), though I’m flexible for the right setup.l and people.

My budget is also flexible depending on what’s included and the overall arrangement. I’m open to a self-contained space or sharing with like-minded, respectful people who value a clean, comfortable living environment.
